[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6281, June 19, 1971 ]

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A BREEDING STATION AND STOCK FARM IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SIRUMA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of the Bureau of Animal Industry, an animal breeding station and stock farm in the Municipality of Siruma, Province of Camarines Sur, Philippines, to be known as Siruma Breeding Station and Stock Farm.

Section 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said animal breeding station and stock farm during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-one.  Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.1âшphi1

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
