DECLARING THURSDAY, 22 JANUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUIGUINTO, PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, on 22 January 2026, Thursday, the Municipality of Guiguinto, Province of Bulacan will mark the celebration of the Halamanan Festival:;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the [people of the Municipality of Guiguinto be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do herteby .declare Thursday, 22 January 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Guiguinto, Province of Bulacan.
