MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 78, October 14, 2022 ] DECLARING FRIDAY, 11 NOVEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYSAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS WHEREAS, on 11 November 2022, Friday, the Municipality of Taysan, Province of Batangas, will mark the celebration of its 104th Founding Anniversary; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Taysan be given the full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government; NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 11 November 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Taysan, Province of Batangas.
