[ PROCLAMATION NO. 77, October 14, 2022 ]

DECLARING SATURDAY, 26 NOVEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DASMARIÑAS, PROVINCE OF CAVITE

WHEREAS, on Section 1 of Republic Act (RA) No. 11461 dated 05 September 2019 declared November 26, of every year as a special working holiday to be known as the Foundation Day of the City of Dasmariñas;

WHEREAS, RA No. 11461 further provides that upon proclamation of the President, Novembe 26 shall be a special nonworking holiday in the City of Dasmariñas, Province of Cavite;

WHEREAS, on 26 November 2022, Saturday, the City of Dasmariñas, Province of Cavite will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; 

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dasmariñas be given the full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 26 November 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Dasmariñas.+3u.7!ydmb7
