DECLARING SATURDAY, 12 NOVEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENZUELA

WHEREAS, on 12 November 2022, Saturday, the City of Valenzuela will mark the celebration of its 399th Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Valenzuela be given full opportunity to celebrate and 1a⍵⍴h!1participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare, Saturday, 12 November 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Valenzuela.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
