DECLARING TUESDAY, 13 SEPTEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLAVER, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, Executive Order No. 126 which was approved on 13 September 1955 created the Municipality of Claver;

WHEREAS, on 13 September 2022, Tuesday, the Municipality of Claver, Province of Surigao del Norte, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary (Adlaw Nan Claver);

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Claver be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, VICTOR D. RODRIGUEZ, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 13 September 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Claver, Province of Surigao del Norte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
