DECLARING THURSDAY, 03 FEBRUARY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BINAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 03 February 2022, Thursday, the City of Binan, Province of Laguna, will mark the celebration of its 77th Liberation Day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and that the people of the City of Binan be given the full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 03 February 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Binan, Province of Laguna.ℒαwρhi৷
