DECLARING THURSDAY, 12 JANUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENCIA, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON

WHEREAS, on 12 January 2023, Thursday, the City of Valencia, Province of Bukidnon will mark the celebration of its 22nd Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Valencia be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,   do hereby declare Thursday, 12 January 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Valencia, Province of Bukidnon.1âшphi1
