DECLARING MONDAY, 22 NOVEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, PRIOVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS, on 22 November 2021, Monday, the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija, will mark the celebration of its Annual Thanksgiving Day for a bountiful harvest; and 

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA , Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare  Monday, 22 November 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija.
