DECLARING MONDAY, 27 SEPTEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALVAR, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 27 September 2021, Monday, the Municipality of Malvar, Province of Batangas, will mark the 156th birth anniversary of General Miguel Malvar; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Malvar be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 27 September 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Malvar, Province of Batangas.1âшphi1
