DECLARING SATURDAY, 10 JULY 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 10 July 2021, Saturday, the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna, will mark the celebration of its 17th Cityhood Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santa Rosa be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 10 July 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna.1âшphi1
