DECLARING THURSDAY, 2 OCTOBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF DINAGAT ISLANDS

WHEREAS, under Republic Act No, 9355 dated 2 October 2006, Dinagat Islands was made into province;

WHEREAS, on Thursday, 2 October 2014, the Province of Dinagat Islands will mark the celebration of the Adlaw nan Probinsiya nan Dinagat Islands;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Dinagat Islands be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, 2 October 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Dinagat Islands.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
