DECLARING TUESDAY, 30 SEPTEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MASBATE

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 30 September 2014, marks the 14 th Cityhood Anniversary of the City of Masbate;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Masbate the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 30 September 2014, as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Tuesday, 30 September 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Masbate.ℒαwρhi৷
