DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 28 NOVEMBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. MARGARITA, PROVINCE OF SAMAR

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Sta. Margarita, Samar marks the celebration of its Foundation Day anniversary on Wednesday, 28 November 2012;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sta. Margarita, Samar be given full opportunity to participate in and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, 28 November 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sta. Margarita, Province of Samar.1âшphi1
