AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 369 DATED 19 APRIL 2012 BY DECLARING THURSDAY, 3 MAY 2012 INSTEAD OF WEDNESDAY, 2 MAY 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAUAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas, marks the celebration of “Sublian Festival” on April 27 – May 3, 2012;

WHEREAS, Proclamation No 369 dated 19 April 2012 declared Wednesday, 2 May 2012 as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas;

WHEREAS, the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan requested that 3 May 2012 instead of 2 May 2012 be declared as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas.1aшphi1

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 369 dated 19 April 2012 and declare Thursday, 3 May 2012 instead of Wednesday, 2 May 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
