MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 81, December 01, 2010 ] DECLARING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2010 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TAGUIG WHEREAS, Wednesday, December 8, 2010 , marks the Cityhood anniversary of the City of Taguig. WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Taguig celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare December 8, 2010 as a special non-working day. NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S.
