DECLARING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ANTIPOLO

WHEREAS, Wednesday, December 8, 2010 , the City of Antipolo marks the celebration of the feast of Our Lady of Immacualte Conception;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Antipolo celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare December 8, 2010 as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR, Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, December 8, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Antipolo.
