DECLARING SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 25, 2010, AS “ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING DAY”

WHEREAS, the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines, Inc. (IIEE), will hold its 35th Annual National Convention on November 24 to 27, 2010;

WHEREAS,there is a need to focus national attention on the importance of the electrical engineering profession and highlight its role in nation building.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO, do hereby declare November 25, 2010 as “electrical Engineering Day”, under the auspices of the Institute of Integrated electrical Engineers of the Philippines, Inc.ℒαwρhi৷

I call upon all electrical engineers and students to give the observance of the day their full support.
