DECLARING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MASBATE

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Masbate was declared as a component city of the Province of Masbate by virtuew of R.A. 8807 dated September 30, 2000;

WHEREAS, Thursday, September 30, 2010, marks the 10th Cityhood Anniversary of the City of Masbate;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Masbate, the opportunity to celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare September 30, 2010 as special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, September 30, 2010, as special (non-working) day in Masbate City
