DECLARING THURSDAY, JULY 1, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN CARLOS, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, July 1, 2010 marks the celebration of the 50th Golden Charter Day anniversary of the City of San Carlos;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Carlos be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LEANDRO R. MENDOZA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, July 1, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of San Carlos, Negros Occidental.1aшphi1
