DECLARING THURSDAY, JUNE 24, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF MASBATE
WHEREAS, June 23 – 24, 2010 marks the celebration of the Kasadyaan sa Dagat Festival of the Province of Masbate;
WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Province of Masbate celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Governor requested that June 24, 2010 be declared as special non-working holiday;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Masbate be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LEANDRO R. MENDOZA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, June 24, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Masbate.1aшphi1
