DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 23, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATAC

WHEREAS, Wednesday, June 23, 2010, marks the celebration of the Charter Day anniversary of the City of Batac;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batac be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LEANDRO R. MENDOZA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, June 23, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Batac.
