DECLARING FRIDAY, MAY 21, 2010 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN GINGOOG CITY

WHEREAS, Friday, May 21, 2010, the City of Gingoog marks the celebration of the feast of its patron saint, Sta. Rita de Casia;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LEANDRO R. MENDOZA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, May 21, 2010, as special (non-working) day in Gingoog City.1aшphi1
