CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT BARANGAY BAGBAG, MUNICIPALITY OF ROSARIO, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, FOR INCLUSION TO THE EXISTING CAVITE ECONOMIC ZONE II ' SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 07-518 dated 09 November 2007 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, a parcel of land of the private domain located at Rosario, Cavite, containing an area of Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Eight (9,878) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

“Lot 1474, Rs-04-004929
San Francisco de Malabon Estate

A parcel of land (Lot 1474, San Francisco de Malabon Estate, as shown on plan Rs-04-004929, LRC Rec. No. 5964), situated in the Barangay of Bagbag, Municipality of Rosario, Province of Cavite, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 1481, Rs-04-002747 (AR); along line 2-3 by Lot 1472, Rs-04-003236, both of San Francisco de Malabon Estate (Majestic Technical Skills Devt. and Landscape Corp.); on the NW., along line 3-4 by Manila Railroad Company; on the NE., along line 4-5 by Lot 1478, Rs-1471 and on the NE., SE., along line 5-6-1 by Lot 1480, Rs-04-002751 (AR), both of San Francisco de Malabon Estate (Majestic Technical Skills Devt. and Landscape Corp.)

Beginning at a point marked ‘1 on plan, being N. 33 deg. 10' E., 1944.06 m. from MON. 115, San Francisco de Malabon Estate;

thence N. 37 deg. 14' W., 39.32 m. to point 2;
thence N. 03 deg. 50' W., 13.73 m. to point 3;
thence N. 68 deg. 08' E., 174.52 m. to point 4;
thence S. 25 deg. 08' E., 7.01 m. to point 5;
thence S. 41 deg. 24' E., 53.90 m. to point 6;
thence S. 70 deg. 14' W., 186.90 m. to point of

beginning; containing an area of Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Eight (9,878) Square Meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by the following points 3 and 4 by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15×40 cms., and the rest by old PS cyl., conc. mons. 15×40 cms., bearings true; date of original survey; June 1905 to May 1908 and that of the resurvey; October 20, 2009 and was approved on February 5, 2010.”
