DECLARING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PARAÑAQUE

WHEREAS, Saturday, February 13, 2010, marks the cityhood anniversary of the City of Parañaque;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Parañaque, celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Monday, February 15, 2010, be declared as special (non-working) day instead of February 13, 2010, which falls on a Saturday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Parañaque, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, February 15, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Parañaque.
