MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 1982, January 21, 2010 ] DECLARING TUESDAY, JANUARY 26, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CADIZ WHEREAS, Tuesday, January 26, 2010, the City of Cadiz marks the celebration of the Dinagsa Festival in honor of its patron saint, Santo Niño de Cadiz; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cadiz, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.1aшphi1 NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, January 26, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Cadiz.
