DECLARING THURSDAY, JUNE 22, 2006 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN

WHEREAS, Thursday, June 22, 2006, marks the 37th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Pagadian;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, June 22, 2006 as special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian.
