DECLARING THURSDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2003, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO

WHEREAS, the City of Tuguegarao was created on December 18, 1999, by virtue of Republic Act No. 8755;

WHEREAS, Thursday, December 18, 2003, marks the 4th Charted Day anniversary of the City of Tuguegarao;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBRETO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday December 18, 2003, as special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
