DECLARING MONDAY, DECEMBER 23, 2002, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF BAYAWAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, Monday, December 23, 2002, marks the 2nd Charter Day anniversary of the City of Bayawan.

WHEREAS, it is only proper to give the people of the City of Bayawan full opportunity to commemorate the occasion with fitting ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, December 23, 2002 as a special day in the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental.1aшphi1
