DECLARING THURSDAY, JANUARY 16, 2003, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVOTAS, METRO MANILA

WHEREAS, Thursday, January 16, 2003, marks the 97th year Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Navotas;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Municipality of Navotas be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipalitys history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, January 16, 2003, as a special day in the Municipality of Navotas.
