RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF PANABO CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY SAN FRANCISCO, MUNICIPALITY OF PANABO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of Panabo Central Elementary School, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Barangay of San Francisco, Municipality of Panabo, Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:
