DECLARING THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 28, 2002, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN SARANGANI PROVINCE

WHEREAS, Thursday, November 28, 2002, marks the 10th Foundation Day Anniversary in the Province of Sarangani;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Province of Sarangani be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, November 28, 2002, as a special day in Sarangani Province.
