RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF STO. NIÑO, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition, settlement and reserve for school site purposes under the administration of the Department of Education a parcel of land situated in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Sto. Niño, Province of South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND, (Lot 337-BB, Cad-11-008464-D), situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of Sto. Niño, Province of South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao.
Bounded on the N., along line 4-1 by Lot 37-DD (Road 15.00 m. wide) Csd-11-008464-D; on the E., along line 1-2 by Lot 336, Cad-409; on the S., along line 2-3 and on the W., along line 3-4 both of Lot 337-CC, Csd-11-008464-D.1aшphi1

The tract of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other mode of disposition until again declared alienable through Proclamation of the President.
