RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE BALET ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, SITUATED AT BARANGAY BALET, BABAK, ISLAND GARDEN CITY OF SAMAL, DAVAO DEL NORTE
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve Lot 377-B, Csd-11-010967-D for school site purposes of the Balet Elementary School, under the administration of the Department of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, situated at Barangay Balet, Babak, Island Garden City of Samal, Davao del Norte, and more particularly described as follows:

Date of Original Survey December 10, 1956 to June 18, 1957. Date of Subdivision Survey October 31, 1991 by Geodetic Engineer Gersacio Magno and was approved on November 8, 1991.
The tract of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other disposition until again declared alienable by proclamation of the President.
