RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE DAVAO NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAYS CAMANSI, PROSPERIDAD, AND BANLASAN, MUNICIPALITY OF MONTEVISTA, COMPOSTELA VALLEY PROVINCE

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Davao National Agricultural School, under the administration of the Department of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated at Barangays Camansi, Prosperidad, and Banlasan, Municipality of Montevista, Compostela Valley Province, Island of Mindanao, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:
