DECLARING AS CIVIL RESERVATION FOR OFFICE SITE AND REGIONAL SCIENCE CENTRUM AND TECHNOLOGY DEMO-AREA OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY-CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, SITUATED AT RES. SEC. “A”, CITY OF BAGUIO, ISLAND OF LUZON, PHILIPPINES.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or any other form of disposition and reserve for the site of the Department of Science and Technology, Regional Science Centrum and Technology Demo-Area subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated at Res. Sec. “A”, City of Baguio, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:
A parcel of land (Lot 2-C-2-B, Bsd-CAR-11785 Amd. 2); being a portion of Lot 2-C-2, Bsd-11785 Amd. Situated at Res. Sec. “A”, City of Baguio. Island of Luzon. Bounded on the E., along line 1-2 by Lot 2-C-2-A, of the Amendment plan: On the S., along line 2-3 by Lot 2-D, Bsd-11785; On the W., along line 3-4 by Lot 2-C-1 Bsd-11785 Amd: On the N., along line 4-1 by Lot 2-B. Bsd-11785. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 07 deg. 48W., 365.17 m. from Triangulation Station HAPPY BTS, thence;

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground corner 3 by conc. nail on pavement, corner 4 conc. nail on rip-rap and the rest by PS. Cyl. Conc. Mons 15 x 60 cms., Bearings true; Date of Amendment survey on December 4, 1999, executed by Engr. Ronald P. Agpaoa, and was approved February 2, 2000.1aшphi1
The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other disposition until again declared alienable by proclamation of the President.
