MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 223, July 18, 2002 ] AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 468 DATED SEPTEMBER 26, 1994, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE WAHIG-INABANGA RIVERS WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE BY EXCLUDING ALL ALIENABLE AND DISPOSABLE LANDS THEREFROM Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 468 dated September 26, 1994, which established the Wahig-Inabanga Rivers Watershed Forest Reserve by excluding therefrom all lands previously declared as alienable and disposable.
