DECLARING CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN AS SITE OF THE AGUSAN DEL NORTE INTEGRATED AGRO-FORESTRY AND DAIRY STOCK FARM PROJECT SITUATED AT BARANGAY MANINGALAO, MUNICIPALITY OF LAS NIEVES, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition, or settlement and set aside as site of the Agusan del Norte Integrated Agro-Forestry and Dairy Stock Farm Project, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain located in Barangay Maningalao, Municipality of Las Nieves, Province of Agusan del Norte, as shown in C.R. Map No. FMB-001 with the following descriptions:

the point of beginning containing an area of 1,513.265 hectares subject to change based on future actual ground survey.
The area covered by the reservation shall be under the administration, supervision, management and control of the Provincial Government of Agusan del Norte in coordination with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Department of Agriculture and Department of Public Works and Highways, and any development therein shall have a minimal effect to the ecosystem. For this purpose, a five-year development plan shall be submitted to the Office of the President of the Republic of the Philippines, within one (1) year from the approval hereof, furnishing the Department of Environment and Natural Resources through the Forest Management Bureau a copy thereof.
The cutting and utilization of timber and other forest products remaining in the area shall be subject to Forestry laws, rules and regulations as well as Revenue laws, rules and regulations.
In the event that the area is no longer needed for the purpose stated herein or its development has already been abandoned for a period of at least two (2) years, this proclamation is automatically withdrawn, revoked or canceled and the subject area will be reverted back to its regular status as forest land for forest purposes.
