DECLARING TUESDAY, MAY 7, 2002, AS A SPECIAL NON-WORKING DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO

WHEREAS, Tuesday, May 7, 2002, marks the 62nd Charter Day anniversary of the City of San Pablo under Commonwealth Act No. 520;

WHEREAS, it is proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, May 7, 2002, as a special non-working day in the City of San Pablo.1aшphi1
