DECLARING A DAY OF NATIONAL MOURNING OVER THE DEATH OF LEVI CELERIO, NATIONAL ARTIST

WHEREAS, the death of Levi Celerio, national artist, is a big loss to our music loving nation;

WHEREAS, it is fitting to set aside a day of national mourning to honor a great Filipino who has left an enduring legacy to our people.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare a day of national mourning on April 10, 2002, for our national artist Levi Celerio.1aшphi1 During this day, flags of all government buildings and installations throughout the country shall be flown at half mast.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
