RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES AND DECLARING AS ULUGAN BAY NAVAL RESERVATION, UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF NATIONAL DEFENSE, CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN ULUGAN BAY AREA, BARANGAY BAHILE, PUERTO PRINCESA CITY, ISLAND OF PALAWAN
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or any other form of disposition, and reserve for military purposes under the jurisdiction and administration of the Department of National Defense specifically for the establishment of a Naval Station, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, certain parcels of land of the public domain, situated in Ulugan Bay Area, Barangay Bahile, Puerto Princesa, Island of Palawan with an aggregate area of 18,381,019 square meters which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other disposition until again declared alienable by proclamation of the President.
