DECLARING FRIDAY, MARCH 8, 2002, AS A SPECIAL NON-WORKING DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, Friday, March 8, 2002, marks the 4th Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Compostela Valley;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their provinces history with appropriate ceremony;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, March 8, 2002, as a special non-working day in the Province of Compostela Valley.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
