DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2002, AS A SPECIAL NON-WORKING DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS

WHEREAS, the City of General Santos marks its 63rd Foundation Anniversary and Kalilangan Festival on Wednesday, February 27, 2002;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given the fullest opportunity to celebrate the occasion.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 27, 2002, as a special non-working day in the City of General Santos.1aшphi1
