DECLARING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2002, AS A SPECIAL NON-WORKING DAY IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA

WHEREAS, Tuesday, February 26, 2002, marks the 65th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Zamboanga;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Zamboanga be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, February 26, 2002, as a special non-working day in the City of Zamboanga.1aшphi1
