DECLARING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2002, AS A SPECIAL NON-WORKING DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN

WHEREAS, Tuesday, February 12, 2002, marks the Fourth Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Kidapawan;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kidapawan be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, February 12, 2002, as a special non-working day in the city of Kidapawan.
