DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 16, 2002, AS A SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVOTAS
WHEREAS, Wednesday, January 16, 2002, marks the 96th year Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Navotas;
WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Navotas be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipalitys history with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, January 16, 2002, as a special non-working holiday in the Municipality of Navotas.
