RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE LOOC NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, SITUATED IN POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF LOOC, PROVINCE OF ROMBLON, ISLAND OF TABLAS
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or disposition and reserve Lot No. 2795, cad, 346-D for school site purposes of the Looc National High School, subject to private rights if any, situated in Poblacion, Municipality of Looc, Province of Romblon, Island of Tablas, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall have administrative jurisdiction over the area and may pursue further action leading to the final grant of a Special Patent to the land covered thereby, in favor of Looc National High School.
