MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 416, November 21, 2000 ] DISESTABLISHING THE TOWNSITE RESERVATION COVERED UNDER PROCLAMATION NO. 345 DATED JANUARY 7, 1965, WHICH ESTABLISHED FOR TOWNSITE PURPOSES OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF OLUTANGA A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SUBANIPA, MUNICIPALITY OF OLUTANGA, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 345 dated January 7, 1965, and disestablish the townsite reservation established therein covering a parcel of land more particularly described as follows: A parcel of land (as shown on plan MR-1192), situated in the barrio of Subanipa, Municipality of Olutanga, Province of Zamboanga del Sur. Bounded on the N. and W., along lines 1-2-3-4, by Lot 682 and along line 4-5, by Lot 681, both of Olutanga Public Land Subdivision, Pls-562; on the N. along line 5-6, by property of Imam, along line 6-7, by property of Pantaleon Benauro, along line 7-8, by existing road and along line 8-9, by property of Pantaleon Benauro; on the N, E, and NE, along lines 9-10-11-12-13-14, by property of Imam Bondang; on the SE, N, E, SE, and S; along lines from Corner 14, thence following the meandering boundary to Corner 32, by Moro Gulf; on the SW; along lines 32-33-34, by Lot 834 and along line 34-35, by Lot 831, and on the W., along line 35-36, by Lot 830 and along lines 36-37-1, by lot 324, all of Olutanga Public Land Subdivision, Pls 562. Mons., bearing true; date of survey May 22, 1962 to September 10, 1962 and approved on December 17, 1964.
