CREATING AND DESIGNATING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND SITUATED IN BARANGAY CUPANG, MUNTINLUPA CITY, METRO MANILA AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as a special economic zone, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 00-302 dated 01 September 2000 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, an area located in Barangay Cupang, Muntinlupa City, consisting of ONE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FOUR (140,804) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1 of the consolidation subdivision plan Pcs-00-009472 being a portion of the consolidation lot 65-A-2 (LRC) Psd-32012, lots 66, 68, 72, and 73 Muntinlupa Estate, lot 67-B (LRC) Psd-185394, lot 1 (LRC) Pcs-16349, lots 9, 10, 11 and 12 Pcs-04-000366, lots 2, 3, 4 and 5 Pcs-13-000468, lots 1149-A and 1149-B Psd-54032, lot 1308-D-4 (LRC) Psd-1836 and lot 1493-C Psd 49024 LRC Rec. No. ______) situated in Barangay Cupang, Muntinlupa City, Island of Luzon.
