AUTHORIZING THE PHILIPPINE COLLEGE OF OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE (PCOM) TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) MONTHS

WHEREAS, the Philippine College of Occupational Medicine (PCOM) is a non-stock, non-profit association composed of physicians specializing in the field of occupational medicine;

WHEREAS, the Philippine College of Occupational Medicine wishes to establish a Research Program and Residency Training Program for the specialized field of occupational medicine;

WHEREAS, the Philippine College of Occupational Medicine needs the support of all civic-spirited citizens to enable the association to carry on with its laudable projects;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Philippine College of Occupational Medicine to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of three (3) months from November 16, 2000 to February 16, 2001.1aшphi1
